Rev. Dr. Judith Campbell Moore, Founder and CEO

Rev. Dr. Judith Campbell Moore is the founder and CEO of Sisters Saving Ourselves Now and Weaving Women Storytelling Network. She is an expert in developing ministries for Black women, especially, single moms. She founded Sisters Saving Ourselves, Now, and most recently launched Weaving Women Biblical Institute.

She is an author, lecturer and advocate for Black women/girls’, committed to excellence and inspiring them to live their best lives. She is a dedicated community leader and advocate, including serving as a domestic violence prevention volunteer, Convener of Black Women Roundtable, Pittsburgh-Western PA, Member of Pittsburgh HBCU, NCW and recipient of many community awards. She is a member of Pittsburgh Alumni Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and presently runs an On-line Self-Development course for Black Women and Girls and creator of Peer-to-Peer Support Circles. Most recently completed Community Health Worker training certification and launching Healing Hands, Empowered Voices.

Rev. Dr. Jermaine McKinley

Rev. Dr. Jermaine McKinley is a seasoned leader, entrepreneur, pastor, and community advocate who serves as Owner of J. McKinley Multi-Services and Pastor of Bethesda Presbyterian Church (PCUSA) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. With demonstrated success across corporate, higher education, nonprofit, and faith-based sectors, he brings extensive expertise in administration, information technology systems, organizational analysis, training, counseling, publishing, volunteer management, community outreach, and public speaking. Known for his ability to connect across cultures and generations, Dr. McKinley combines strong leadership with compassionate service to inspire individuals and organizations toward growth and excellence. His earned postgraduate degrees and multifaceted professional experience position him as a respected voice in community development, leadership, and spiritual empowerment.

Minister Tawanda Rodriguez, Program Director

Minister Tawanda Rodriguez serves as the Program Coordinator for Sisters Saving Ourselves Now. She is passionate about empowering and uplifting women through faith, education, wellness, and community engagement. Through her ministry and leadership, she helps create opportunities for spiritual growth, personal development, and support for women and families. Tawanda is dedicated to serving others and encouraging women to walk boldly in their purpose while making a positive impact in their communities.

Diane Daniels

A resident of East Hills for nearly three decades, Diane Daniels co-founded the East Hills Consensus Group more than ten years ago with a group of concerned residents as a volunteer group to address community issues.

Daniels’ career started in the community development arena at the height of the Manchester redevelopment era before she became the owner of a multiphase public relations and business development firm. Her client focus included nonprofit organizations and small businesses.  As the business writer for the historic New Pittsburgh Courier and many other publications, she has had the opportunity to interview U.S. Presidents, popular entrepreneurs, athletes and entertainers. Daniels has received countless awards and honors.

Marcia Martin, Advisory Board Chair

Marcia Martin, Former Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at Highmark Wholecare(formerly Gateway Health), directs philanthropic and corporate social responsibility initiatives, and leads civic and policy engagement, with an emphasis on social determinants of health to improve local communities and their members. Martin has been with the organization since it opened in 1992. Her previous leadership roles included: marketing, community affairs, government relations and advertising. Her human resources background included banking and a large international corporation.

Lisa Givner

Lisa Givner is a driven, dedicated, and dynamic human resources professional with extensive multi-industry experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, and all facets of human resources management. Known for her sharp analytical abilities, strong leadership, collaborative approach, and exceptional people skills, she develops innovative HR programs and solutions that strengthen organizations while empowering teams to achieve excellence.
